He is survived by: his wife Virginia Sullivan of Adolphus, KY; his daughters, Barbara Sullivan Gilbert of Castalian Springs, TN and Leasa Sullivan Crumbaugh (Jeffrey) of Glasgow, KY; his brother Paul Sullivan of Adolphus, KY; his grandchildren, Julie Stirnemann (Nathan), Joshua Smith, Holly Crocker (James), Dean Crumbaugh (Heidi), Chrystal Miller (Nathan), Amy Castro (Patrick), Marie Sullivan, Mary Ann Diaz (Jose), Benny Ray Sullivan and Jonathan Graves; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Levi, Andrew, Abigail, Eva, Bonnie, Chestin, Barrett, William, Kathryn, Colton, Henry, Alexander, Jonathan, Brooklynn, Jameson, Tyler, Joseph, Cheyenne and Addison. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
