She is survived by: her husband Robert York of Adolphus, KY; her children, Chadwick Windham of Adolphus, KY, Lana Windham of Adolphus, KY, Cierra York of Adolphus, KY and Misty-Kay Chance (Carl); her siblings, Dale Glass (Brenda) of Adolphus, KY, Rita Glass of Bowling Green, KY, Tammy Glass of Bowling Green, KY, Tracy Slate of Bowling Green, KY, Patty Marcotte of Bowling Green, KY and Barbara Lea (Louis) of Amity, AR; her grandchildren, Tori, Alana, Jacob, Shelby, Kaitlynn, Madison, Skyla, Jaylee, Jasmine, Billy, Akyra, Ajayden, Gabriel, Adley, Abbie, Kessler, Gracie, Bryson, Mara and Amyah; and her great grandchildren, Waylon, Adain, Dax, Jackson and Ty.
