He is survived by: his daughter Jasmyn Ortiz (Jose); his stepchildren, Alyssa Pilgrim (Kyle) of Scottsville, KY, Abbigayle Ethridge (Brandon) of Bowling Green, KY and Cordell Ethridge of Adolphus, KY; his sister Terry Erickson (Lee); his close friends, Elizabeth and Nicholas Ethridge of Adolphus, KY; his grandchildren, Alyana Ortiz and Damean Ortiz; and his stepgrandchildren, Natalya Pilgrim, Kathryn Pilgrim and Lillian Meyer.
