He is survived by: his children, Todd Keen (Anita) of Adolphus, KY, Joseph Keen of Adolphus, KY and Cindy Embry (Corey) of Scottsville, KY; his brother David Keen of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Embry, Alyson Meador, Logan Maynard, Hunter Keen, Landon Embry and Colton Embry; and his great grandchildren, Hallie Meador and Hazelee Maynard.
