He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Smith and Katherine Smith; and his siblings, Sarah Bernice and Willie K. Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Carla Coffey (Henry) of Carol Nicholas, J. D, Anita Bryant (Michael) and Lynn Smith (Linda Collins).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Talbott Funeral Home (1106 N Cross St, Albany, KY 42602). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
