He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Brumley and Oleta Brumley (Buster); his grandparents, Roe, Molly Brumley, James and Lilly Buster; and his brothers, James Ralph and Gary Gerald Brumley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia C. Brumley; his son Brian Brumley (Lauren); his grandson James Michael Brumley; and his sisters, Lois Vineyard, Barbara LaVoy and Judy Kurtsinger.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Talbott Funeral Home (1106 N Cross St, Albany, KY 42602). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
