He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Taylor of Albany and Wilma Upchurch of Monticello, Kentucky; his nephews, Seth Cowan (Chelsea) and Brandon Upchurch (Misty); his great-nephews, Dawson Upchurch and Alex Brown; his uncles, Frank Beaty, Cooper Beaty (Lucille) and Ed Beaty (Linda); and his aunt Wilma Beaty.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Talbott Funeral Home (1106 N Cross St, Albany, KY 42602). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
