She is survived by: her mother Connie Shields; her daughters, Laura Lester (Jake) and Natalie Kaufman (Paul Wilson); her sister Rhonda Shepard (David); her niece Kristen Hehman (Ian); her nephew Coy Shepard (Krista); and her great-nephews, Ryland, Casen, Ronin and Jensen Hehman.

In lieu flowers the family ask that donations be made to The National Breast Cancer Foundation.
