He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Blackaby and Henchal "Marie" Blackaby; his wife Darlene; his brother Joseph Blackaby; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Blackaby and Dick Hanser.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Rich (George), Laurie Vann and James Blackaby (Rachel); his siblings, Jerry Blackaby, Joan Jones, Jeannette Gullett (Wayne), Jeneva Hanser and Joyce Kincaid; and his sister-in-law Jane Blackaby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
