He is survived by: his wife Natalie; his children, Hayley Hickman, Joey, Bradley, Matthew and Drake Ramirez-Hickman; and his siblings, Rob (Rhonda), Scott Hickman and Lori Feldhaus (Greg). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
