Janet leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Janet’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Janet will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her father Joseph A. Taylor. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Taylor Miller of Hopkinsville; her daughter Kassandra Comperry of Hopkinsville; and her siblings, Jimmy Taylor of Elkton, Kathy Anne Law of Allegre and Tammy L. Skinner of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by three grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (12950 Ovil Rd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
