She is survived by: her sons, Larry Neil Collins of Salyersville, Jonathon Collins (Gladys) of Salyersville and James Garron Howard of Salyersville; her siblings, Frank Gullett (Teresa) of Salyersville, Sharon Collinsworth of Salyersville, Teresa Gullett of West Liberty and Lisa Hutchinson (Rulie) of Owingsville; her sister-in-law Rosie Gullett of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Alexis Lynn Collins, Tyerah Nashae Collins, Mazie Hill, McKenzie Collins, Jase Jenkins, Jamika Jenkins, Isaiah Fletcher and Monique Moore; and her great grandchild Adam Edward Collins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
