He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ray and Norma Jean Hollar Webster; his wife Teresa McKinney Webster; and his siblings, Debbie Queen and Larry Webster.
He is survived by: his children, Shawna Sword (General) of Pikeville, Amber Webster (Darrin Gallespie), Brian Webster (Melissa) of Pikeville and Melvin Webster of Fort Wayne; and his sister Brenda Black of Statesville.
