Charles Albert Lewis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2022, at the age of 71, Charles Albert Lewis of Alvaton, Kentucky, born in Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Albert William Lewis. He is survived by : his children, Russell Lewis and LaDonna Harmon (Chris); his siblings, Shirley Staten (Willie), Brent Lewis (Bessie) and Jimmy Lewis (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Kaitland Bee Spurgeon, Peyton, Parker and Preston Harmon. He is also survived by great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Charles.
