It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Lynn (Falk) Stevens of Alvaton, Kentucky, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Edwin Stevens. She is survived by : her sons, Geoffrey Stevens (Katrina), Michael Stevens (Nicole) and Richard Stevens (Shelby); her stepchildren, Heather Chumbley (Tim) and Scott Stevens (Shasta); her grandchildren, Sonny Stevens and Bowie Stevens; her close friend Michael Cowles; her children, Marybeth Rhoden (Tyler), Ryan Cowles and Melissa Cowles; her granddaughter Ada Statum; her siblings, Stacy Sirull, Jerry Falk and Louis Falk; her parents, Eva Falk and Melvin Falk; and her pets, Ruthie and Eddie.

Her final gifts of charity go to The Unitarian Universalist Church of Bowling Green, Med Center Health Hematology and Oncology Department, and the Gynecology Oncology Division of the University of Louisville James Graham Brown Cancer Center.
