He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Wade (Judy) of Scottsville, KY, Joe Wade (Barbara) of Scottsville, KY, Brenda Sue Perdue of Bowling Green, KY and Nelda Frances Keith of White House, TN; and his niece Sherry Yurchinsin (Mark) of Alvaton, KY. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
