He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Sprouse; his children, Austin Sprouse, Ashton Smith (Bruce) and Sophia Sprouse; his grandchildren, Ellie Smith and Charlie Smith; his siblings, Russell Dean Sprouse and Patty Johnson; his nephew Jason Hendricks; and his niece Jamie Johnson.
