He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Walton Pemberton, Sr. and Mary Frances Allen Pemberton; and his brother Carroll Pemberton. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Hinton Pemberton; his children, Tim Pemberton (Kathy), Scott Pemberton (Robin) and Terri Brogli; his brother Charles Pemberton (Judy); his grandchildren, Emma Brogli, Anna Brogli, Hunter Kepley, Lindsay Pemberton Ramey, Ally Pemberton Gaebler, Logan Pemberton, Sarah Pemberton, Sydney Pemberton, Sophie Pemberton and Lin Pemberton; and his great grandchildren, Colton Kepley, Carter Kepley, Kaiere Kendrick, Evie Ramey, Baylor Ramey, Oakley Ramey, Tyce Gaebler, Nash Gaebler, Tripp Gaebler, Mallie Pemberton and Remi Pemberton.
