He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Hellard and Gertrude Simpson Hillard; and his wife Phyllis Messer Hillard. He is survived by: his children, Charles Andrew "Andy" Hillard of Keavy and Mary Kay Trosper (Tom) of Annville; and his granddaughters, Rebecca Trosper and Elizabeth Trosper. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
