It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Sams (Annville, Kentucky), born in Hyden, Kentucky, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Sams and Elizabeth Baker Sams (Baker); his wife Anna; his son Starlene Jones; his granddaughter Christy Sams; his siblings, Lawrence Sams, Gwendolyn Sams and Nancy Minton; and his sister-in-law Opal Sams.
He is survived by : his son Jeffrey Sams (Terri); his grandchildren, Michael Sams (Andrea), Rachel Mazurek (Austin), Katie Sams and Jaxson Sams; and his brothers, Marvin Sams, Norman Sams (Debbie), Carlo Sams (Dorothy) and Elbert Sams (Darlene).
