He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Stevens and Mabel Stiltner Stevens; his wife Lawona J. Stevens; and his sister Betty Carr. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Stevens of Cambridge and Chantel Ross of Jackson, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Aidan Ross, Haley Ross and Connor Wheeler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Music Family Funeral Home (224 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dale's memory to the Greenup County Animal Shelter.
