He is survived by: his mother Lola Catherine Harris Franklin of Hager Hill, KY; his wife Sherry Henderson Franklin; his mother-in-law Frances Henderson of Ashland; his sons, Joey Wayne Franklin (Christin Harte) of Ashland, James Ray "Jimbo" Franklin (DeEricka) of Argillite and Jeremy Scott Franklin of Argillite; his sisters, Willa Jane Tackett (Dave) of Greenup and Donna Kay West (Van) of Hager Hill; his grandchildren, James Allen Scott "Bubby" Franklin, Everly Jo Franklin, Jamison Reed Franklin, Jaylee Rayne Lewis and Gracen Harte; his close friend David Petit; Charlotte Ann Moore (Ronald) of Greenup, James William Henderson (Robin) of Wurtland, David Lee Henderson (Mary) of Ashland and Paul Edward Henderson of Lexington. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
