It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Frances Ross of Argillite, Kentucky, who passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Juanita Keaton, Areta Jonas, Edgar, Willard, Carl and James Gillum (Frances).
She is survived by: her husband Thurman J. Ross; her parents, Howard Gillum and Hattie Rice Gillum; her sister Dora "Libby" Hutchinson; her children, Darrell Ross (Velma) and Patty Stamper (Dave); her grandchildren, Zach Stamper (Emily), Ross Stamper (Kaitlyn), Shawna Salyers (Brent), Kayla Peters (Steven) and Courtney Clarke (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Braydon, Tanner Salyers, Jayden Palmer, Carson, Zane, CJ Peters, Madison, Jackson, Brynlee Clarke, Silas, Annie, Sebastian and Rhett Stamper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
