We bid farewell to James Alfred Hoff of Argillite, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 12, 2025 at the age of 84. James Alfred touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his sons, Leo Jacob (Irene Hudlemyer Hoff) and John Paul Hoff; and his siblings, Leo Paul "Sonny" Hoff, Deloris Bruner, Mary Ella Floyd and Joyce Hoff.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob Hoff (Susan) of Auburndale, James Tony Hoff of Raceland, Kentucky and Tracy McCarty (Bubby) of Argillite, Kentucky; the mother of his children Garnet Roark Hoff Madsen; his grandchildren, Bo McCarty (Ashley), Tara Rakes (Daniel), Brittanay Riedel (Chad) of Colton, Belcher and Alex Hoff; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Brayden, Caleb, Peighton, Aubrey, Tommy, Jace and Aaron; and his sister-in-law Garnet Frazier Hoff of Greenup, Kentucky. He is also survived by three nieces.
