He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Watson and Elva Mae Wrenn Neal; and his wife Mary Edith Watts Neal. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Givens of Winchester, KY, Lisa Lane (James) of Lexington, Lona Neal (Wilfred Darby) of Argillite and Tracy Morse of Lexington; and his brother Ronnie Neal of Morristown, IN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Revival Tabernacle Church (1820 Versailles Rd, Lexington, KY 40504). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
