He is survived by: his siblings, Lester Woody Nichols, Debra Kincaid and Rita Sue Smith; his siblings-in-law, Frank Rhoden, Curt Fairchild, Arnett Howard, Joe Rice, Lewis Kincaid, Harvey David Kiser, Nancy Kiser, Marilyn Kiser and Opal Fairchild; his wife Shirley Kiser Nichols; his son Curtis Eugene Nichols; his siblings, Dave Nichols (Margie), Raymond Nichols (Peggy), Richard Nichols (Tracy), Sandra Kaye Rice and Melissa Ann Fenney (Bill); his siblings-in-law, Herma Spears, Betty Fairchild, Phyllis Abney, Phillmore Kiser and Kenny Abney; and his daughter Oakmont Rehab. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
