He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse J. Barr and Bessie Ellen Fisher Barr; and his wife Doris L. Nunley Barr. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Barr of Kentucky, Christopher Barr of Georgia, Vincent Barr of Tennessee and Edwina Brown of New Jersey. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
