He is survived by: his wife Dreama Dawn Gibbs Blevins of Argillite, KY; his sons, Paul Kevin Blevins (Rose) of Cary, NC, Mark Allen Blevins (Stephanie Moore) of Danleyton, KY and Randall Scott Blevins (Gloria) of Argillite, KY; his grandchildren, Latisa Washington, Kayla Blevins, Dylan Blevins, Dreama Laney (Michael), Scotty Blevins (Talonna), Amanda Hess, Jamie Evanoff and Kristina Wall (Mike); his great grandchildren, Brody, Leland, Madilyn, Caden, Daniel, Isaiah, Tyler, Priscilla, Adaline and Hazelena; and his sister Wanda Copley (Gobel) of Vero Beach, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
