He is survived by: his wife Antonia Lea "Toni" Bailey of Argillite; his children, Brandy Michelle Bailey Carpenter of Ironton, Cassara Nichole Bailey Muncy (Zachary) of South Point, Phillip Bailey II of Argillite, Noah Thomas Bailey of Argillite and Halle Savannah Bailey of Argillite; his grandchildren, Brionna Morgan Heighton of Ironton, Zhane Andrew Muncy of South Point, David "Bubba" Heighton III of Ironton, Phoenix Lee Bailey of Chesapeake and Colton Maddix Bailey; his mother-in-law Dixie Mae Stacy; and his sister Doris Jane.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (707 Greenup Ave, Raceland, KY 41169). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
