She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard LeRoy and Ethel Louise Pennington; her daughter Vickie Lee Seibert; her brother Darrell Pennington; and the father of her children Dennis Seibert.
She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Seibert of Flatwoods, Jasmine Nutz (Joey) of Flatwoods, Michelle Seibert of Argillite and Andy Seibert of Argillite; her siblings, Millard "Pete" Pennington Jr. (Mary Kay) of Chillicothe and Cindy Pennington of New Boston; and her grandchildren, Zak Brewer, Bryson Nutz and Benton Nutz.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Music Family Funeral Home (224 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
