He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Alfred Hoff, Ivol C. and Lois Prater McCarty. He is survived by: his parents, William "Bubby" McCarty and Tracy Hoff McCarty of Argillite, Kentucky.; his wife Ashley Kristen Law McCarty; his children, Jace McCarty and Peighton McCarty; his grandmother Garnet Roark Madsen of Argillite, Kentucky; and his uncles, Chad McCarty of Argillite, Jay (Sue) and Tony Hoff of Raceland, Kentucky. He is also survived by aunts, uncle and good friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home (612 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144).
