He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Mills, Deanna Mills and Christy Capps (Steve); his grandchildren, Nicholas Smith, Amanda, Daniel Williams, Rachel Ellis, Baileigh Capps and Addison Capps; his great grandchildren, Blakely Ellis, Kason Williams and Summitt Smith; his sisters, Carolyn Lundy and Jackie Rutyna; and his close friends, Judy Dozier, Tish Bishop and Johnny Bishop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home (106 Cherry St, Pineville, KY 40977). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
