He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Kerr and James Ray Kerr. He is survived by: his friend Tim Swartz of Columbus, Kentucky; his caregiver Mike Grimmitt of Columbus; and his friend Devin Newsome of Bardwell, Kentucky.
