She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawson Ratliff and Ruth Coleman Hylton; her husband Alex Justice; her daughter Jessica Halsey; and her siblings, Charles "Buck" Ratliff, Dewey Ratliff, Wendall Ratliff, Terry Ratliff, Brenda "Sis" Rose and Helen Ratliff.

She is survived by: her son Alex Justice, Jr. of Elkhorn City, KY; and her grandchildren, Rachel Bentley and Alexes Justice. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
