He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dean and Rebeale McCown Hylton; and his siblings, Gregory Hylton, Garland Hylton and Sue Ann Hylton.
He is survived by: his sons, Kaegan Dean Hylton and Austin Channing Stevens; his family Selenna Hylton of Varney; his siblings, Teresa Hylton of Elkhorn, Brenda Hylton of Hardy and Sammy McCown of Illinois; and his grandchildren, Rosalie Stevens of New York and Ashton Osborne.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
