He is survived by: his wife Linda Gaye O'Quinn Bartley of Ashcamp, KY; his nieces and nephews, Tammy Mullins (Pokey) of Clintwood, VA, Sonya Bartley of Hazard, KY, Jason Bartley (Karen) of Virgie, KY, Michael Hackney (Susan) of Dandridge, TN and DeWayne Hackney (Kim); and his pet Max Bartley.
