She is survived by: her sons, Lewis Lewallen III (Colleen) of Deerwood, MD and William David Lewallen (Kendra) of Georgetown, KY; her grandchildren, Peyton Lewallen, Colton Lewallen, Layton Lewallen, Erin Lewallen and Luke Lewallen; her siblings, Michael Bolt of Ashland, KY, Donald Dee Bolt (Ellen) of Catlettsburg, KY and Billie Kane of Ashville, NC.; and her husband Lewis Lewallen Jr.. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
