She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donna Fraley Minton (Scott) of Ashland and Gary Spurlock (Brenda) of Greenup; her children, Zoe Vance, Mylee Fraley and Landon Lewis; her grandmothers, Carole Minton and Janet Spurlock; her siblings, Ally Minton, Tesia Moore (Ben), Olivia Minton, Gavin Spurlock, Devin Spurlock, Derek Spurlock and Josh Spurlock; her pets, Sassy, Luna and Marceline; and her grandfathers, Don, Bruce Spurlock and Howard Minton.
