He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Martin Sr. and Lexie Moore Martin; his son Jeffery Paul Martin; his grandchild Cay Yarnell; and his brothers, Henry Jackson Martin and Jerry Jay Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Elaine Martin; his son Arthur Dean Martin; his daughter-in-law Laura; his daughter Carrie Yarnell Ramer; his son-in-law Brad; his grandchildren, Samantha Martin Spencer (Andrew), Ethan Hunter Martin, Nicholas Logan Martin, Jacob Logan Yarnell, Abigail Rose Yarnell and Ryanne Orlanie Ramer; his great grandchild Margaret Jane Spencer; his siblings, Ralph Martin and Peggy Sellards (Jack); and his siblings' children, Stefanie Goble and Jerry Michael Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A masonic service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Baptist Church (1001 Winslow Rd, Ashland, KY 41102).
