She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stewart and Ona Stewart of Ashland, Kentucky.; her husband Charles H. Ray (June); her grandson Brad Ray; and her siblings, Betty Scott (Cleo), Ida Patrick (Dick), Roy Stewart (Elinor), Peggy Heaberlin (Bill) and Fred Stewart (Linda).
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Ray (Sabra), Greg Ray (Shelly) and Carol Duvall (Joey); her grandchildren, Lyle Ray (Amber), Mikah McKnight, Clay McKnight (Jeff), Cristopher Duvall (Tricia) and Breanna Ray; and her great grandchildren, Izaiah Jude, Zoe Jude, Lynnlee Ray, Jailyn Perry, Jaxen Perry and Sloan Perry.
