She was predeceased by: her husband James Johnnie Adkins of Huntsville, AL.; her mother Alma Hager of Russellville, KY; and her sister Joy Ray of Lesage, WV.. She is survived by: her close friend Bill Hall of Ashland, KY; her son James J. Adkins II of Huntsville, AL; and her grandchildren, Tori Adkins (Ohry Rind) of Hazel Green, AL, Jasmine Adkins of Huntsville, AL, Dustin Reid of Woodville, AL and MawMaw. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
