He was predeceased by: his parents, Modest Fannin and Ruth Harris Fannin; and his wife Sada Louise Fannin. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Vogel (Rick) of Perrysburg and Vicki Hambrick (William) of Ashland, Kentucky; his sister Gail Fannin of Sanford, Florida; his grandchildren, Stacey, Candace, Erica, Bryan, Amanda and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, Gabriel, Colin, Chloe, Avery, Ella, Isaac, Raylan and Elijah.
