He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Bert" Frasure and Georgianna Frasure. He is survived by: his wife Montine Black Frasure; his children, Sara Allen (Matt) of Lexington, KY, Jesse Frasure (Carrie) of Finksburg, MD, Ray Kleykamp (Karen Lo) of New Orleans, LA, Dr. Beth Waitkus (Drew) of Fairmont, WV, Dr. Annie Kleykamp (Chad Mitchell) of Baltimore, MD and Julie Kleykamp of Ashland, KY.; his grandchildren, Halley Charles, Noah Charles, Susan Allen, Elijah Allen, Corlese Allen, Gretchen Frasure, Claire Frasure, Andrew Mutch, Ada Mutch, Weldon Frazier, Newo Vaughn, Astrid Vaughn and Sophie Lo; his siblings, Andy Frasure (Cathi) of South Point, OH and Kathryn "Kathy" Boyd of Ashland, KY; and his friends, Tony Hogsten, Steve Myers and Bennie Millard.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ashland Elks (900 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101).
