With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bessie Marie Leeper of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on December 9, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon Leeper; her children, Kathy Moore of Ashland, KY and Dale Leeper of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Brandon Moore (Marissa), Brittany Moore (Aaron), Abby Leeper and Isaac Leeper; her great grandchildren, Zane Black, Molly Black, Lucy Mae Black and Selah Moore; her siblings, Verna Newman of Ashland, Kentucky, Faye Burns (Bill) of Greenup, KY, Sam Cooper, Pearl Oliver and Mary Stewart; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Newman, Garland Oliver, Paul Stewart and Janet Cooper. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
