She was predeceased by: her father Colley Hughes; her husband Joseph Porter; her son Stephen Porter; and her brothers, Charles Ray Hughes and Paul Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Ellen Lyle (Reginald) of Ormond and David Porter (Lill) of Barboursville, WVA; her stepgrandchildren, Jacki Frazier (Eric) and Joe Black; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison and Hayden Frazier; and her siblings, Martha Wheeler and Kelley Hughes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
