She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Oliver and Anna Fraley Oliver; and her brothers, Harold and Herman Oliver. She is survived by: her husband Larry Carr; her children, Robert "Bobby" Carr (Danielle) and Bethany Rae Scott (Paul); and her brother Kenneth Oliver (Diana Graham). She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
