We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Billie Jean Quinlan of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Charleston, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison M. Grisinger and Clara F. Holstien Grisinger. She is survived by: her husband Charles Thomas Quinlan, Sr.; her son Henry Frank Quinlan; her grandchildren, George M. Hogg III and Sarah Collier; and her children, Charles Quillin II (Judy) of Lexington, Patricia Ann Gray of Georgetown and Deborah Hogg (George) of Georgetown. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
