It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Walters of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on March 29, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Hensley and Eva Frost Haering; her husband Kenneth Eugene Walters; and her siblings, Raymond Hensley, Dorothy Shelley and Lois Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth E. Walters II (Tammy), Sandra Walters (Brian Young), Tina Mays (Chris Bryce), Beverly Sidell, Holly Sidell and Terry Carter (Scott Marvin). She is also survived by sister, Jean Click; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
