He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Doolin, Sr. and Rhoda Craft Doolin; and his siblings, Donald Doolin, Ellis Doolin, Jr., Glen Doolin, Imogene Leadingham and Joyce Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Debord Doolin of Westwood; his children, Craig Allan Doolin (James) of Cincinnati, OH, Leigh Ann Doolin of Ashland and Susan Stewart Berger of Ashland; his siblings, Charles Doolin (Pat), David Doolin of Anderson, SC, Brenda Yonts of Ashland and Judy Sallie (Gary) of Ashland; his sisters-in-law, Donna Doolin of Ona, WV and Pam Doolin of Cannonsburg; his grandchildren, Alyssa Christensen (Zach) and Shelby Stewart; his great grandchildren, Sutton Kayleigh Doolin, Addison Christensen, Avery Christensen and Aubree Christenen; and his close friends, Eric Collins and Alicia Latour.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens (700 Red Devil Ln, Russell, KY 41139).
