He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Pack and Mary Lester Pack; his sister Betty Pack Cox; and his former wife Diana. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Bradway; and his sibling's children, Terry Epps (Robert), Macklin Cox (Sharon) of Richmond, Kentucky., Kim Russ of Salisbury and David Rankin (Myra) of Harbeson, Delaware..
